The public consultation on the methodology for the formation of tariff items for the use of the natural gas transmission system in the Czech Republic, as requested by the Commission Regulation (EU) No 2017/460 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on harmonized transmission tariff structures for gas, is performed by Energy regulatory office (ERO).
ERO invites all interested parties to make comments and initiatives on the published consultative document and submit them up to and including on 18 February 2025 in electronic form by using the e-mail address plyn@eru.gov.cz. In accordance with the requirement of Regulation (EU) No 2017/460, the received comments and initiatives will be published on ERO's website after the consultation has been concluded.
