Energetický regulační úřad (ERÚ) je ústředním orgánem státní správy, který byl zřízen 1. ledna 2001 zákonem č. 458/2000 Sb., o podmínkách podnikání a o výkonu státní správy v energetických odvětvích (energetický zákon). ERÚ tedy reguluje oblasti:
